The European Commission provides consumers with a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR Platform), which can be accessed at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are neither legally obliged nor prepared to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority. We take your complaints seriously and always strive to resolve justified complaints as quickly and as uncomplicatedly as possible.
